It's about time someone wrote a book like this! It sets the record straight on just how dangerous sugar is. It also looks at the evidence behind the nonsense we are told about not eating fat and the need to exercise. This book is a must read for anyone concerned about their health or their weight or both.

A very interesting topic. It is well written and explains why our bodies are not built to handle the eating habits of so many of us in today's society.
