this book is ok but the 4 ingredients is all you need for one recipe, you would need 4 of these recipes to actually make a meal of it. Yes i can cook a gluten free roast with gluten free ingredients, and even some gluten free cooked potato chips, this book is so overrated i wouldn't even bother. Anyone that has any idea on what they are allowed to eat on a gluten free diet would not find this book helpful at all. don't bother
