great book tells you what foods can effect behaviour in kids alot of things you didnt know about preservatives,additives and what your generally feeding your kids and yourself a must have in any family, after reading this our kitchen cupboards and fridge had a HUGE cleanout and we havnt looked back but have noticed a big difference along with others in our kids temperment and behaviour.
