Chapters include recipes for all occasions, whether you're slumped on the sofa with the hangover from hell or you've got the in-laws round and want to make a good impression, or perhaps entertaining someone special. Dishes include Tim's favourite 'service station' Scotch Eggs and Sausage Rolls as well as blueberry Pancakes, Mushroom and Parmesan Torte, Meat Feast Calzone and tomato and Mozzarella Cakes.
