Help: When Will I Get My Order?

Despatch & Delivery times

Our delivery information is as transparent as possible to ensure our customers feel secure in purchasing from us.

Every product on The Nile states the location it is being sourced from, as well as the estimated time it will take to ship from that location and deliver to your door.

Our delivery time frames are as follows:

In stock: We hold stock of the item in our Sydney or Auckland warehouse. An item that is currently in stock will be marked with a green tick.

If ordering before midday the item will ship on the same day as you purchased; if ordering after midday the item will ship the next morning. Estimated delivery time will vary depending on which of our warehouses the item is being shipped from.

In stock with local supplier: The item is in stock with an Australian supplier. This should make for a reduced shipping time anywhere between 2-8 days, depending on where the item is being delivered.

Ships from overseas: This means we are sourcing the item from an overseas supplier to bring you the best price possible. Shipping locations include New Zealand, America, the UK and Germany. Sometimes products sourced from overseas will display a longer delivery time frame, but we work hard to ensure your order is shipped as efficiently as possible and that our customer service team keeps you updated.

Order consolidation

If you place an order for multiple items, with different delivery times, some or all of the items may be consolidated and shipped together in a single package.

This means that if some items from your order are already in our fulfilment centre, they may be held from shipment until the other items have arrived.

Lost orders

Please note: We are only able to place claims for orders that are not received within four weeks of dispatch date.
