
Orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post and StarTrack. The shipping method used depends on the cost of the item purchased and the delivery location.

If you place an order for more than one item, it is possible that some of the items will arrive in different packages. This is done for logistical reasons and does not alter the amount you pay for shipping.
Track and trace is available for many orders we send within Australia. Wherever possible, we will email you with the tracking number and website URL so that you can monitor the progress of the delivery.
Sometimes packages will be returned to us because the carrier was unable to complete delivery. When this occurs, we will contact you without delay to identify what has gone wrong and get your order to you as soon as possible.
