Alongside every book is an estimated delivery time frame.
We ship books from a number of fulfilment centres, so the time frame will differ depending on which fulfilment centre the item is being sent from. We take this into account in the estimated delivery time displayed for each individual book.
As a guide, the following time frames will be displayed*:

*Shipments to Western Australia may take an additional 2-4 business days. Delivery to addresses outside of Australia can take up to 2-4 weeks.
In stock items: In stock items ordered on weekdays before midday AEDT will ship on the same day from our Sydney warehouse (unless your order includes other items - see below). AusPost delivery time frames apply.
Orders with multiple items: If you have multiple items in your order with the same estimated delivery time frame, they may be sent together as one shipment. This means that the first items to be received at our fulfilment centre may be held from shipment until the others have also been received. In some cases, this may result in slight delays beyond the time frame stated.
In stock items may also be held until other items in the order are ready to ship.
Pre-orders: Generally, pre-ordered titles will be sent to us by the local distributors on the publisher's release date in Australia. Following release date, customers should expect to receive their orders within 5-7 business days.*
If you are ordering multiple books in one order, they may ship in multiple deliveries. You will not be charged for more than one delivery fee.

Deliveries within Australia are made by AusPost.
All other deliveries are by courier or airmail, depending on the destination country. Delivery time frames to overseas destinations will vary, and may be delayed due to matters beyond our control.
If your order is not received within the time frame stipulated on our site, please contact customer services to trace the missing item.
Please note: we are only able to process claims for missing items within two months of the dispatch date. We are not able to accept any claims after this time frame.
