Regardless of which of our fulfilment centres the order was sent to you from, all returns are sent to our Sydney office. Please contact our Customer Services to request a return number.
Please note that a restocking fee applies to all returns. The fee is 20% of the purchase price ($10 maximum).
- Returns that have not been pre-arranged will not be accepted.
- Requests for return must be received within 10 business days of delivery.
- After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days.
- Returns must be in resellable condition.
- Any returns are shipped at the customer's risk and The Nile will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Accepted returns will be refunded by the method by which you paid.
