Imagine if your worst fears came true ...Again. At seventeen, Jodie Cramer survived a terrifying assault at the hands of three strangers. Her schoolfriend, Angie, was not so lucky. Now, eighteen years later, Jodie is a teacher and mother-of-two. She's worked hard to put her horrific past behind her, and with three friends she's heading to a luxurious, remote country hideaway for a girls' weekend. But unknown to the four women, their seemingly idyllic retreat was once the focus of a chilling police investigation and, like Jodie, holds a very dark secret ...When Jodie finds evidence of prowlers at the cabin, she is convinced they are being watched, though none of her friends believe her. And after suffering flashbacks to the night of Angie's murder, she also starts to doubt her own sanity. Until two men come knocking at their door. An adrenaline-pumping suspense thriller from an extraordinary new talent.

Brilliant book, I couldn't put it down. I loved the way she wrote each thought, each sentence and it was so well thought out. You can really see her understanding of what she was writing about. This must be from her experiences in her line of work.
The only thing I could wish for if I had to add something would be more at the end, after such a horrible experience. To see a little more happiness to end it off. The love and the girls chats of the past.
