The breakdown of a relationship can be one of the hardest things anyone can go through. This book endeavours to ease one of the stressful parts of the process by explaining the legal ramifications of separation and divorce. Breaking Up has been written to help you understand your legal rights after separation. Its aim is to arm you with all the information you need to be able to deal with the legal system with confidence. In clear, non-legalistic language, it sets out the various factors to take into consideration, including the difficult areas of division of property and custody of children.
