About the Author

Sue Dengate is a psychology graduate and former teacher. Since becoming interested in the effects of foods on health and behaviour as a result of her own children's experiences, she has established the Food Intolerance Network, published five bestselling books and a DVD, and spoken to thousands of people all over the world.
