About the Author

Dr Chris Idzikowski, BSc, PhD, FBPsS, is Director of the Sleep Assessment and Advisory Service and the Edinburgh Sleep Centre. A leading expert on sleep disorders, he has served as Chairman of the British Sleep Society and the Royal Society of Medicine Forum on sleep problems. Dr Idzikowski has also sat on the boards of the European Sleep Research Society and the US Sleep Research Society. He is the author of four books, including Learn to Sleep Well (Watkins). John Voce trained as an actor at London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and having worked in the UK for over 30 years, has been a resident in Melbourne since 2015. In addition to narrating audiobooks, an occupation John loves, he has also appeared in Downton Abbey, Doctor Who, Primeval, Grantchester, Neighbours, Holby City, Miranda and Jonathan Creek. He also voiced Thomas The Tank Engine for a live international tour!
