He's the author, co-author or editor of some 25 titles, including Living and Working in London, Living and Working in Britain, Living and Working in France, Living and Working in Spain, Living and Working in Australia, Living and Working in Canada and Living and Working in America, plus numerous books about London. David was born in Surrey (England) and lived and worked in London for many years. He now lives in Bath (Somerset) in England.
