About the Author

p>Emma Ellice-Flint, Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition), Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, Diploma of Nutrition, HND Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management, brings to her nutrition profession not only a number of years of clinic experience and evidence-based nutrition advise but a wealth of knowledge about food and an excitement that goes with that understanding. Emma originally trained in hospitality at the renown Ealing College, part of the University of West London, in England. Her most enjoyable component during the three year course was always the food classes. Once qualified, at first she worked in marketing for international hotels in London but her passion was always food. So she took off the business suits and put on her chefrsquo;s whites. In London she cooked on a myriad of events, both large and small, jobs such as cooking for the Queen and at Wimbledon Tennis. Arriving in Sydney, Australia in the 90rsquo;s she cooked for a varied audience including politicians, royalty and celebrities. Her keen interest in health saw her combine healthy, clean food into the style of cooking she produced, with no lack of beautiful abundant produce to use from around Australia. Finally in 2007 she decided to make that interest her full time profession, hanging up the chefrsquo;s whites and undertaking the full time study of Nutrition. The profession of Nutritionist means that Emma is regularly attending ongoing professional education and keeping up to date in the forever changing field./p>
