About the Author

Frank McDonough was born and educated in Liverpool, England, then spent his early career as a civil engineer in the construction industry, traveling around the world and gaining experience in many fields--from bridges to tunnels, from cathedrals to casinos--in areas including the highlands of Scotland, Italy's "mezzogiorno," the Bahamas and the USA. During the last thirty years, Frank as founded, owned, and managed two consulting firms, both of which are now industry leaders specializing in services to the construction industry worldwide.
