About the Author

Manoj is the founder of A--SPACE, Australia's first multidisciplinary meditation studio leading workshops, classes and large scale meditation events. He teaches regularly throughout Australia, New York and Los Angeles. And he is moving to New York at the end of 2020. In 2019 Manoj became Australia's first and only Lululemon global ambassador. Through yoga and meditation, Manoj travels and teaches 11 global events annually, with the majority of those in North America (New York, LA and Vancouver). Through this platform, he has taught at organizations such as Netflix, Google and Slack, and the Melbourne Business School's executive leadership program. He has also led mass meditations at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne.
