Documenting the magazine's rise from humble beginnings in a tiny office in San Francisco, the book includes interviews with artists such as Bob Dylan, the Beastie Boys and Adele, images from iconic photographers including Annie Leibovitz and sparking prose from the likes of Hunter S.
