Delivery updates and tracking

We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number on the same day your goodies are shipped. Your parcel may not have any tracking updates until our delivery partner sorts your parcel in your state. If you have been sent a tracking number by us, then you can be confident that your parcel is on its way. 

Please note that carriers have advised to allow more time than normal to see updates on the progress of your delivery.

Western Australia deliveries

Deliveries to Western Australia are seeing some delays as border closures and higher parcel volumes have affected transit to WA. Please allow an additional 2 - 3 business days to your expected delivery time.

We know it has been a challenging year as everyone had to adjust to the “new normal”. Our amazing team works super hard to make sure you have a wonderful shopping experience and your goodies get to you as fast as possible, but sometimes things go wrong, but rest assured our customer service team is standing by to make it right. As a community, we are facing an unprecedented challenge with the spread of COVID-19 and we wanted to provide you with an update as to what we are doing to keep you, our customers and our staff safe during this time.

As an online business we’re working hard to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe. This includes drivers conducting contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by local government and health authorities.

Safety and hygiene for staff and customers

While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards, we have implemented additional precautionary measures.

Here is what we are doing to reduce the risk:

  • Promote good hand hygiene and provide hand sanitisers for all our staff. 
  • We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting shared high-touch surfaces.
  • We have implemented social distancing during shifts and lunch breaks.
  • We are actively supporting staff members who are feeling unwell to ensure they only return to work once they have a clean bill of health.

Although we are working hard to minimise the impact on your shopping experience, there is a possibility that we will encounter delays or disruptions in availability of stock. We are working on a number of contingencies to ensure we can operate smoothly and get you everything you need without the need to leave the comfort and safety of your home.

In the midst of all the uncertainty and panic, we encourage everyone to adopt a spirit of cooperation and kindness. We hope that you and your families continue to stay safe during these challenging times.
