New to Australia, the Mad Millie Sourdough Kit will take a mere 15 minutes preparation, with no kneading required. This all-inclusive kit provides everything you need to make 6 of your own genuine sourdough loaves, from the starter culture and artisan salt, to the muslin cloth, scraper and whisk.

Sourdough is extremely beneficial, with a low glycaemic index, full of healthy Lactobacillus bacteria, tons of nutrients and is easier to digest, as well as being extremely tasty.
