Midrash Mishlei
Midrash Mishlei is a medieval commentary on the Book of Proverbs. Its style is characterized by brief, verse-by-verse exegesis, a departure from the more expansive approach seen in earlier midrashim, but a feature that became more common in later biblical interpretations. The precise period and location of its composition remain subjects of scholarly discussion. The complete text of Midrash Mishlei has not been preserved; some chapters are missing portions.
