Roy Goode and Ewan McKendrick
Roy Goode is the Norton Rose Professor of English Law at the University of Oxford. He worked as a solicitor and at the Bar before being appointed Queen’s Counsel and an Honorary Bencher of the Inner Temple.
Ewan McKendrick is Professor of English Private Law at the University of Oxford. He is one of the preeminent researchers of law of contract, and is renowned for his work in the law of unjust enrichment and commercial law.
