Arielle North Olson
Howard Schwartz is a writer, folklorist, and professor emeritus at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where he taught courses in creative writing, Jewish literature, and folklore. He is the author of numerous books, including Leaves from the Garden of Eden, Reimagining the Bible, and Before You Were Born. He is also the editor of Gates to the New City: A Treasury of Modern Jewish Tales. He lives in Missouri.
