Daisy Upton
Daisy Upton is the bestselling author of Five Minute Mum: Give Me Five. A Londoner by birth, she now lives in Cheshire with her husband and two children.
After a career in sports broadcasting, Daisy transitioned to become a Teaching Assistant, a move her colleagues found surprising. With her own children aged three and one, she rediscovered her passion for creating playful, educational activities, applying her classroom experience to her home life. She began sharing these ideas on a blog, which quickly gained traction as other parents sought fun ways to engage their children.
Daisy now has a substantial following across social media and her blog, where she shares and celebrates the everyday games played by her community. She marks these successes with generous amounts of chocolate oranges and creme eggs (depending on the season), and impromptu kitchen dances.
