David Williams
Editor-in-Chief David Williams is the wine correspondent for the Observer and the deputy editor of The World of Fine Wine. He is a regular contributor to publications including The Wine Merchant and Decanter, with more than 25 years of experience in wine journalism and publishing.
Author of two books, he has also worked as an editor for Wine Opus and the Finest Wine series. He has judged at a number of international wine competitions, and is the co-founder and chairman of the annual competition for wines in the UK’s independent wine shops.
