Robyn Metcalfe
Robyn Metcalfe is the founder and director of Food + City, a UT Austin-based lab that focuses on urban food systems. Her work explores current methods of feeding cities and examines how innovations in agriculture and transportation will reshape the food supply chain. She is also an ultramarathoner, a former writer for Sunset Magazine, and holds a Cordon Bleu certificate in culinary arts.
