Critics Review
I am in awe of Anabel’s ability to take a subject this complex and sprawling and whittle it down into such a warm and easy read. There’s an eye-opener on every page, and I personally won’t write another word about hair or scalp health without first referring to this book, which I have found to be as fascinating, non-faddy and - because hair is often an emotional business - as empathic as Anabel herself. – Alexandra Friend * Red Magazine *
A comprehensive look at hair, scalp health, hair loss and the often confusing claims made by the beauty and wellness industries – Jo Hoare * The Sunday Times *
Accessible and informative * Women’s Weekly *
An insightful handbook full of practical tips – Bridget March * The Telegraph *
The coffee table compendium of everything Kingsley knows about hair health, and I can’t recommend it enough. – Alexandra Friend * Red *
