Additionally, Jacobson’s illustrations have appeared in multiple books and magazines with Simon & Schuster, TOR, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Men’s Journal, Runner’s World, Texas Monthly, The Weekly Standard, and Scientific American, among others. He’s been the recipient of both the Jack Gaughan award (2010) and the Spectrum Gold award (2012). He graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2009 with an MFA in illustration.
