Martin Parr’s work bridges art and documentary photography. His studies of mass culture and consumerism, innovative imagery, and prolific output have placed him at the forefront of contemporary art. A member of Magnum, Parr is an avid book collector and a world authority on the photobook.

Fergus Henderson is a British chef and cookbook author. He opened London’s St. John restaurant in 1994, and later St. John Bread and Wine, to wide critical acclaim. He is known for his simple cooking and his ‘nose-to-tail eating’ philosophy, also the name of his first cookbook.
