Critics Review
I absolutely loved this. Like an Adam Kay for psychotherapy, Dr Natalie Cawley opens up the closed world of therapy so well, with humour, honesty and fascinating insights. – Frankie Boyle
Cawley treats phobias, PTSD and porn addiction - while battling her own demons… [She] writes engagingly about the darker aspects of life … The disclosures are as diverse as they are diverting. * The Sunday Times *
