About The Author

Christopher Cantwell

Christopher Cantwell is a writer, producer, and director whose work in television and film includes co-creating the long-running drama series Halt and Catch Fire. He made an instant impression at Marvel Comics with his run on Doctor Doom, which took readers behind the mask of one of fiction’s greatest villains. Moving from one armored protagonist to another, Cantwell helmed a relaunch of Iron Man, bringing a classic flavor to the Golden Avenger’s adventures. In United States of Captain America, Cantwell reunited those who have wielded the shield and introduced a number of diverse new Sentinels of Liberty across the nation.

Salvador Larroca’s work for the Marvel UK imprint led to a regular gig on Ghost Rider. He graduated to Fantastic Four, alongside one of his favorite writers, Chris Claremont. From 2000 to 2006, Larroca depicted Marvel’s mutants across Uncanny X-Men, X-Men, and X-Treme X-Men. Following a stint on Amazing Spider-Man, Larroca brought his maturing style to a lengthy run on Invincible Iron Man and the X-Men: No More Humans original graphic novel. Upon the return of Star Wars to Marvel, Larroca turned to the dark side with Darth Vader before taking on the flagship Star Wars title.
