Judd Winick
Writer and artist Judd Winick has had a significant impact on the DC Universe, with notable runs on Green Lantern, Green Arrow, The Outsiders, and Justice League: Generation Lost. He also wrote the critically acclaimed animated feature Batman: Under the Red Hood, based on his own Batman run. Winick first gained national attention on MTV’s The Real World: San Francisco, and his experiences on the show inspired his award-winning memoir, Pedro and Me: Friendship, Loss, and What I Learned. His recent work includes Batwing and Catwoman.
Doug Mahnke
Born in 1963, Doug Mahnke developed a passion for comics at a young age. His artistic talent led him to a career drawing comics for Dark Horse at 24, with his first project being the detective one-shot Homicide. He collaborated with writer John Arcudi on The Mask and their creator-owned series Major Bummer. Mahnke has since worked on a diverse range of titles for DC Comics, including Superman: The Man of Steel, JLA, Batman, Team Zero, Seven Soldiers: Frankenstein, Black Adam: The Dark Age, and Stormwatch: P.H.D., collaborating with writers such as Joe Kelly, Judd Winick, Chuck Dixon, Grant Morrison, Christos Gage, and Ed Brubaker. He currently resides in the Midwest with his wife, six children, a dog, and a bunny named Suzie.
