Critics Review

Mastering Life with ADHD is an excellent resource for teenagers with ADHD. It strikes exactly the right balance between being informative and accessible, without ever feeling overwhelming. The writing is clear, engaging and easy to read, with practical strategies that young people can start using straight away. Rather than simply explaining ADHD, it focuses on helping teenagers understand themselves and develop realistic skills for managing everyday challenges. This is a compassionate, encouraging and highly practical guide that I would happily recommend to teenagers with ADHD, as well as to parents and professionals supporting them – Dr Sally Cubbin, consultant psychiatrist
