Jason Bays
Jason Bays cannot remember a time when art wasn’t what he was about. His aspirations were tutored by a drifter who showed him how to draw in the back booth of his granny’s diner on Main Street in Amsterdam, Missouri. Rocketships and trains earned him his first gig drawing dinosaurs for his second grade play. He collected degrees in Illustration and Design at the Kansas City Art Institute, leading to a successful career in advertising while also giving rise to his desire to make reading more accessible for his kids.
