About The Author
Mark Radcliffe
Mark Radcliffe is an English radio broadcaster, musician, and writer. He is best known for his broadcasting work for the BBC, for which he has worked in various roles since the 1980s. He was one half of Radio 1’s semi-legendary Mark and Lard, and hosted the Radio 1 Breakfast Show. Following that, he presented the afternoon programme for almost seven years.
For Radio 2, Mark presents The Folk Show. On 6 Music, he co-hosts the weekend show Radcliffe and Maconie. In 2020, Mark released his fifth book, Crossroads: In Search of the Moments that Changed Music.
