About The Author

Daniel Freedman

Daniel Freedman is a comic book creator, screenwriter, film editor, and director. His portfolio includes work for Warner Brothers, Lions Gate, Marvel, Image, Dark Horse, and Vice. Daniel has edited feature films, award-winning documentaries like Dirty Hands: The Life and Crimes of David Choe, as well as multitudes of short-form content including music videos, commercials, short films, and web series.

When not editing, Daniel splits his time writing for both print and screen, best known for the hit series Undying Love and the original graphic novels Raiders, Birdking, and Kali. He is a Los Angeles native.

Pius Bak is an illustrator and comic book artist from Lithuania. He has worked with comic book publishers such as Vault, Dark Horse, BOOM! Studios, and IDW on various titles including Godfather of Hell (with writer Cavan Scott), Eat the Rich, Stranger Things, Firefly, Adventure Time, and Jim Henson’s Labyrinth. He also co-created the comic series Slightly Exaggerated. In between working on comics, Pius also enjoys creating fiction book covers as well as music album covers.
