Carron Brown has worked in books since graduating from university. Even as a child, she wrote and illustrated her own diary. Growing up in the Highlands of Scotland with views of mountains and the sea from her bedroom window, she wrote and illustrated her own guidebooks to the local wildlife and spent much time in the woods searching for beetles. She now edits, writes, and indexes a wide variety of non-fiction titles, always learning something new.
Ma Pe (Illustrator)
Ma Pe is an Italian cartoonist and illustrator. She began drawing as a child and, despite attempts to pursue other interests, her passion for drawing proved too strong. She loves cats (currently owning two, but always wanting more) and flowers, both of which frequently feature in her illustrations. Although she always wears black, she has an immense fondness for the color pink.
