About The Author

Ken Blanchard

Ken Blanchard is chairman of Blanchard Training and Development, Inc., an international training company. He is the author or coauthor of thirteen books, including The One Minute Manager series, Empowerment Takes More Than a Minute, and Mission Possible. He is a visiting lecturer at Cornell University, where he also serves as Trustee Emeritus.Michael O’Connor is the co-founder and director of the Center for Managing by Values. O’Connor is recognized as a “master” of behavioral research. With advanced degrees in the behavioral sciences and a Ph.D. in management, he specializes in the areas of strategy, behavior, and process-driven performance. The “Managing by Values” process is the culmination of his life’s work consisting of over twenty-five years of research.
