Bruce Goldfarb
Bruce Goldfarb is an award-winning journalist and former firefighter/EMT who lives in Baltimore, MD. His work has been published in numerous outlets, including the Baltimore Sun, Washington Post, USA Today, Baltimore magazine, American Archaeology, and American Health.
For a decade, Goldfarb served as executive assistant to the Chief Medical Examiner for the State of Maryland. He also held the positions of public information officer for the OCME and curator of the Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Death.
His first book, 18 Tiny Deaths, a work of popular nonfiction, was published in 2020. In 2023, Steerforth Press released his second book, OCME: Life in America’s Top Forensic Medical Center.
