Critics Review
“The Open-Focus Life is a guide for the most challenging moments of our lives. It takes the basic skills from the Fehmis’ previous books and offers a crucial step toward integrating the Open-Focus Method into every day. Using this approach allows us to make stress into an opportunity to transform who we are.”—Richard P. Brown, MD, Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry Columbia University, co-author of The Healing Power of the Breath
