About The Author
Mark Miller
Mark Miller is former Vice President of High Performance Leadership at Chick-fil-A, Inc., a Wall Street Journal and international bestselling author, and a dynamic, highly sought-after communicator. His Chick-fil-A career spanned almost 45 years, beginning as an hourly team member in one of the chain’s local restaurants. Shortly thereafter, he became the sixteenth corporate employee when he went to work in the company’s warehouse and mailroom. He served in Corporate Communications, Quality & Customer Satisfaction, Restaurant Operations, Training & Development, Leadership Development, and more. Mark was also the primary architect for the organization’s legendary leadership culture. Today, Chick-fil-A’s annual sales exceed $20 billion.
For many years, Mark has also had the privilege of serving organizations around the world through his writing, teaching, and coaching. He began writing almost 25 years ago, when he partnered with Ken Blanchard to write The Secret. Uncommon Greatness is Mark’s twelfth book with more in the works!
