Critics Review
“Here is a book that is easy to use for individuals who want to recover from addiction. Jennifer provides clear examples of well-thought-out self-reflection for each chapter. The educational material is a prime example of the vast knowledge that Jennifer has from working with women.”–Gustavo Solis, certified alcohol and drug counselor
“Jennifer Leupp has made a simple, accessible, and friendly guide to navigating one of life’s most notoriously difficult experiences. This book would be great for someone who needs a companion for their own sobriety or to work through on a weekly basis with a therapist. I highly recommend this book to any woman considering sobriety who doesn’t know where to start.” –Nick Bognar, LMFT
“This book is set up in a simple, easy-to-read format. It is very approachable and invitational in tone. Jennifer goes right to the jugular by explaining that changing one’s relationship with alcohol involves changing one’s relationship with themselves.” –Hillary Marshall, LCSW, psychotherapist
