Janice D. Willis is Professor of Religion and Chair of the Religion Department at Wesleyan University, where she teaches Sanskrit and Tibetan Buddhism. She is the author of several books and many articles treating issues in Buddhist philosophy, meditation, sacred biography, and women and Buddhism.
