What They're Saying

Critics Review

“Readers will enjoy watching the fish increase in size. A die-cut hole in the center of each spread also grows bigger and bigger with each page. Ferri’s delightful fish, with very expressive eyes, are colorful with just the right amount of watery, bubbly accents. There is very little text, which is fine, since the pictures tell the story. This would be a fun choice for looking at colors, size, and even “the circle of life” talk about the food cycle.“—Youth Services Book Review

“Subtly packaged anti-bullying and group empowerment for small fry.“—Kirkus Reviews

“Board book master Giuliano Ferritells an hilarious story….a fun read-aloud or lap-read for your little ones.”—Mom Read It

“A fantastic tale of camaraderie!“—Little Cub Literacy
