Camilla Nelson

Camilla Nelson is the head of Media, Writing, and Journalism at the University of Notre Dame Australia. She is the author of a wide range of scholarly and journalistic essays, three edited collections, and two novels. Her awards include the Sydney Morning Herald’s Best Young Australian Novelists, the Ned Kelly shortlist and a Walkley Award – Best Online Media for her work at the Sydney Morning Herald. Camilla writes regularly for The Conversation on gender, writing and popular culture.
