Roanna Gonsalves
Roanna Gonsalves came to Australia as an international student in 1998. Her creative and peer-reviewed scholarly work has been published and performed across various media in India and Australia. She is the co-founder and co-editor of Southern Crossings and is the recipient of the Australian Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Endeavour Award in 2013. In 2015, Roanna’s four-part series on contemporary Indian literature was broadcast on ABC Radio National’s Earshot program. She holds a PhD from the University of New South Wales. This is her first book.
