Sarah Di Lorenzo is a qualified clinical nutritionist who has dedicated her career to overhauling the health of people of all ages. She is the bestselling author of The 10:10 Plan, The 10:10 Recipe Book, The 10:10 Kickstart, The 10:10 Simple Recipe Book, The Gut Repair Plan, My Mediterranean Life, and The Liver Repair Plan.
As well as running a successful clinic in Sydney, Sarah is a regular public speaker and media nutritionist, well known as the resident nutritionist on Channel 7’s Weekend Sunrise and Sunrise.
