Critics Review
”[F]an’s empathic work effectively captures a young child’s cultural longing. Korean Australian Yim blends watercolor, pastel and colored pencil to create splendidly detailed spreads of city streets, family scenes and mythical adventures… . Standout art enhances a familiar immigrant story.” —Kirkus Reviews
