James Aldred
James Aldred is the celebrated author of The Man Who Climbs Trees. He is also an Emmy Award-winning wildlife cameraman and filmmaker, working with television and production companies globally, including the BBC and National Geographic. Aldred has collaborated with Sir David Attenborough on numerous projects, such as ‘Life of Mammals’, ‘Planet Earth’, and ‘Our Planet’, and has been nominated for BAFTA and RTS awards multiple times. During the national lockdown in Spring and Summer 2020, he filmed in the New Forest.
