About The Author

Paul Osborne

Paul Osborne is a fire investigation officer with over 20 years of experience in the Fire Brigade. In 2013, Paul was selected as a Hydrocarbon Dog Handler. He was paired with Sherlock, a Cocker Spaniel, to help make London a safer city.

Sherlock is a five-year-old Cocker Spaniel with a talent for sniffing out ignitable liquids and is very fond of tennis balls.
