Steve Tappin
Steve Tappin is a business leadership advisor and personal leadership confidant to Fortune 500 CEOs. With 20 years of experience, he advises Chairmen and CEOs, acting as a confidant and sparring partner to ten FTSE 50 CEOs and their boards on business performance, leadership, and talent. He also works with CEOs from India and China.
Steve is a successful entrepreneurial CEO, currently leading Xinfu, a global CEO confidant business. Previously, he founded and led Edengene, an award-winning new venture consultancy, and Leaders Reloaded, a CEO development boutique. He was personally mentored by the late Sir John Harvey-Jones.
Steve is a sought-after media commentator, having appeared on the BBC (Today Program), CNBC (Squawkbox), ReutersTV, and in publications such as BusinessWeek, Fortune, FT, New York Times, Telegraph, Mint (India), Financial Express (India), and China.
Andrew Cave has interviewed chief executives for The Daily Telegraph for over 14 years, profiling hundreds of CEOs in the UK and the US. He is the author of the humorous ‘City Life’ and ‘New York Life’ columns and pens the weekly CEO profile interview in The Sunday Telegraph. He has held positions at The Daily Telegraph including Associate City Editor and Business Correspondent. He also writes for other publications and speaks on business-related topics.
